How does the free trial work?
Weekly and Monthly Unlimited start with a 3-day free trial. You add a card at checkout but are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel from your Credits page before then and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
Open Credits in your account menu and choose "Cancel plan". Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and then stops. There is no cancellation fee.
What does "unlimited" mean?
Unlimited plans have no per-question charge. To keep the service fast for everyone there is a fair-use ceiling of 100 solves per day, far beyond normal homework use.
Should I pick a plan or credits?
If you use the solver most days, Monthly Unlimited ($9.99) is the best value. For a busy exam week, pick Weekly ($4.99). If you only need the occasional answer, a credit pack never expires and never renews.
Can I get a refund?
Credit packs can be refunded within 7 days if no credits were used. If a plan renewal surprised you, contact support within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund it.
