By accessing and using AI Picture Answer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Use of service

AI Picture Answer provides an AI-powered homework assistance tool. You agree to use the service only for:

• Educational purposes and learning
• Understanding problem-solving methods
• Studying and homework assistance

User responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload inappropriate or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Abuse or overload our systems

Subscription and billing

Weekly and Monthly Unlimited plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. New subscribers may receive a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan starts and your card is charged. You can cancel at any time from the Credits page in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use limit of 100 solves per day.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. One credit is used per successful solve, credits do not expire, and unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. If a plan renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us within 48 hours of the charge for a refund. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Intellectual property

The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI Picture Answer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Our AI service provides assistance but may not always be 100% accurate. Solutions should be used as learning aids and verified independently.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
